Gary, this one hits it out of the ball park. Actually out of the atmosphere. Somewhere into the stratosphere.

There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. ~Ayn Rand

Gary, great article! The government laws and regulations are out of control. I remember the movie "The Paper Chase". It was about Law School at Harvard? In any event, the show was about Contract Law. I think Contract Law might well be the only time I think there should be laws. Watching the movie and following TV show was interesting. Contract Law is complicated.

I believe in voluntary contracts but their have to be rules. Even under Natural Law there will be disagreements between people.

These Contract Courts could be privately run. No need for a State to have a legal system. The State uses the Law to subjugate us, imprison us, and steal from us.
