This is essentially the takeover of our country by alien entities, Gary. Using the figleaf of some kind of "treaty" that is otherwise utterly unconstitutional is a mere formality for the purpose of hiding the ongoing malignant takeover from public view. I have been saying for the last several years that one of the features of the "A.I" takeover of our country is the installation of robotic clones of our leaders. The same is true of the Israelis. Whatever one may think about Israel in the abstract, it was never the utter monster that it has become in the last several years. And Netanyahu appears to be on his 3rd of 4th life by now as a reconfigured alien. This "A.I." thing is way darker than it has even been painted up to now. Never a particularly religious person, I have become a "believer" in the devil and his progeny in recent years. Not a follower by any stretch of the imagination, rather someone who can see evidence when it is obvious and draw relevant conclusions. Painful though all of this is, we need to be preparing our future life plans for the spiritual world which we will soon be joining. There clearly are forces of light in this universe that produced this wonderful species that we call "human beings" and I doubt that they will abandon us in our darkest hour. Not by resurrecting us on this woe begotten Earth, but rather transporting us to some more placid place where we can resume our spiritual journey through the eons.
Interestingly enough, I actually think Obama has been Obama from the start to today, but yes, so many of those people are...I don't know what...but not the original physical person, whether it be someone else in a mask, which I think happens a lot, or something else much like what you suggest. Robin, Biden was definitely not himself after 2022. He emerged from Alzheimers and constant attendance upon him by his wife, only to go jetting off to all sorts of foreign ports after the mid term elections, not looking at all (at that point) like a man with Alzheimers. He went from having that squashed in old man face to the younger sleeker elongated A.I. created head, and those robotic legs that had him striding all over Kiev with Zelensky in tow. Obama, I would agree, looks to be the same. In Trump's present company, Rubio is most definitely not himself. And Sen. Fetterman who now bends the knee to the new A.I. Trump, went from being a slobbering stroke victim (after the covid 19 shots) to being a Trump supporter, seemingly overnight. No trace of the stroke damage and nothing like the guy who was elected as a rabid democrat. I could go on. Trump was changed out right after the Butler event. This horrid imposter is not Donald Trump.
