'Asset Forfeiture' Is Fascist Robbery of Your Private Property by the Violent Gang of Thieves Called Government
“Crime pays...when you work for the corrupt corporate government.”
~ Steven Magee
With all that is going on today, I did not expect to be discussing this subject at this time, but it is just another aspect of mass government tyranny and theft, and of course, one that targets the property of Americans. This has been going on for a long time, and the amount of money, goods, and personal property that has been stolen is tremendous, and in many cases destroys the innocent victims livelihood and lives. This is as always, under the guise of 'protecting' Americans, as if that has ever been the impetus for government theft. The problem now is that this criminal tactic is expanding exponentially, and so-called private companies are assisting this government in its thieving ways, allowing open access by government of people's private property. This is of course open and blatant fascism.
The latest absurd takings story comes from Indiana, but this is just one story among thousands. In this case, the Indiana police, just another criminal State enterprise, is walking into a huge FedEx hub, and arbitrarily going through private packages given a certain bogus search criteria. This has absolutely nothing to do with any 'crime' committed, and of course, most every single crime as described by the state is always based on government laws, which are always fraudulent and controlling measures only, and this is easy to ascertain when one understands that millions of so-called 'laws' have been passed. But even that is almost irrelevant, as police are only looking to find cash and valuables that they can seize without cause or warrant, and regardless that no crime is present, or in most cases no one is charged, these evil police simply steal everything they can get their hands on of value to take for themselves, all without any due process.
" Like bears wading into a river teeming with salmon, state and local Indiana police officers routinely stride up to the conveyer belts at FedEx’s sprawling Indianapolis facility, where tens of thousands of packages flow by every hour, pouncing when they see a package with traits that meet their absurdly broad definition of “suspicious.”
~Brian McGlinchey
The 'case' in question here, (one of thousands) was one concerning Henry and Minh Cheng, who own a small jewelry wholesaling business in Los Angeles, who had not received payment for a large order. When the retailer said he would pay them in cash, they sent a FedEx label to him to send them payment. When that package went through this Indiana FedEx facility, the police seized it, claiming that it was being held for the prosecutors file. There was zero evidence that there was any 'criminal' activity, and no charges filed, but their property, approximately $43,000, was stolen none the less. This type of embezzlement by police and government agents goes on every day, ruining the lives of all those innocent people.
Lest you have the opinion that the wicked thieving police have a right to search and take anyone's property, or believe that this criminal enterprise is simply attempting to protect you by doing so, you may want to think again, if that is even possible for those dolts who would condone this behavior. Before you say anything about sending cash, or receiving goods paid for in most any way, you might want to think outside the box for a moment. Given that most of my audience understands the absolute necessity of privacy and private property, what if you wanted to buy gold or silver, or any number of other hard assets to protect your wealth from this heinous government, how do you think you package will be sent? From much experience, when I buy these things, they are shipped by an insured third party, but if the police opened that package and found valuable gold, silver, or other assets, they would likely immediately confiscate it, and claim it could be used for criminal purposes. This is never about reducing the amount of drugs, as this government, especially the CIA, are the biggest drug dealers in the world, so all their drug transactions are never targeted.
